By MICHAEL WESTENDORF A federal appeals court has upheld a ruling that dismissed a discrimination lawsuit against the Midland Brewing Company. A three-judge panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit agreed with U.S. District Judge Thomas L. Ludington who had earlier granted the brewery’s motion for summary judgment, dismissing the case.
